Custom Printed Apparel Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation: We accept order cancellations within 36 hours before product shipment or production. If the order has been cancelled, you will receive a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

All items in our store are custom printed apparel, made specifically for you after you place your order.

We only offer refunds, free reprints, or reshipments for confirmed quality issues, including: print stains, incorrect patterns, fabric damage, damaged accessories, and production errors such as uneven drawstrings.

If the product you receive has obvious manufacturing defects, please provide clear photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an appropriate compensation plan for you based on the specific circumstances.

Full refunds are not available for non-quality issues.
